The information displayed will be split into quarters to provide the equivalent of a full gantry display. Additionally, their existing Albos servers have been re-purposed to run the BIDS5 system. They will continue to run the existing gantry screens ; meaning that existing assets can be used, costs can be managed & roll-out time minimized.

They proved to be so popular it prompted a roll out across the whole estate. Thomas Byrne said: ‘We were quick to see the benefits of the Single Meeting screen and wanted to include them in our shops at the earliest opportunity. We are very pleased with the amount of use they receive and our customers love the extra information they provide.’

Each sprint cycle starts with a Sprint Planning meeting where the tasks that will be worked on during the sprint are identified. We hold two Product Backlog Refinement meetings, one halfway through the sprint and another toward the end. In these meetings we decide on the importance and size of any “pending” work, the result of which determines what tasks will make it into the next sprint cycle. When the sprint is finished we hold a Review and Retrospective meeting, providing us with the opportunity to discuss what we achieved during the sprint and identify areas that could be improved or refined. And then the cycle begins again!
